DEPORTATION TO A COUNTRY OF HATE, RAPE & MURDER!

South Africans hold a protest where they string up & hang effigies of white babies with placards around their necks reading ‘racist’ & ‘Nazi’ – where is the media outrage, where is the British political outrage that this is openly an ANC action in a Commonwealth Country?

Astonishingly my wife who is British faces the probability that her Aunt, her ONLY living relative known to her in Britain; since her father died, as a result of being attacked by a  gang, in his own home in South Africa, & her Mother died shortly after being the victim of over 30 reported burglaries and her second  gang assault on her; will be deported!

My wife’s Aunt, who is British & owns her own home in Britain faces deportation to South Africa because her husband of over 40 years standing was born in South Africa and is being denied residency after retiring from his job in South Africa working for a charity for those with Cerebral Palsy.

Neither my wife’s Aunt nor Uncle have ANY viable family support in South Africa & have insufficient assets to start again in a hostile Country where they own no property, cannot work & have no income! If they are deported they have the very reasonable fear of losing their lives on the streets!

They have lived under this ‘Sword of Damaclese’, a cruel and un-natural threat of deportation for several years and although they have complied with every immigration demand made of them over all these years, completed every form asked of them, depsoited the required capital in the British banking system and declared theirincomes, on which they have paid the relative taxes required and have paid into the local tax system, and have always made their address known to the authorities they now face a Tribunal on the 12-April-2018 that can arbitrarily deport him on that day, thereby deliberately destroying their marriage & likely leading to their death relatively rapidly as they lack the cash, income or support mechanism to survive in South Africa.

Having complied with all requirements, when there are literally thousands of illegal immigrants in Britain who have flooded in undocumented and unrecorded who have now vanished – could this be a case of finding those honest enough to comply with the British system with integrity – could this be the British system picking on those honest enough to comply with the law, whilst turning a blind eye to those who entered the country and disappeared?

British Justice cannot possibly have fallen so low that this was its intent! Murder by proxy!

I am ashamed of my Country’s degeneracy now we are governed under EU Law – whereby we can as a Country be swamped by a massive influx of Polish, Romanians, Serbs, Croats, French, German & Spaniards with absolutely nothing in common with Britain, not even a common language, yet my wife’s British Aunt’s Commonwealth born husband of 40+ years standing is facing deportation and almost certain death either as a victim of violence unable to protect himself or in pennuary as he runs out of money and is inelligible for any social care having surrendered such rights as he might have had to fulfill his dream to end his years with his wife in Britain.

How by any description does this comply with Britain’s duties of care and humanitarian responsibilities as recognised on the international stage. Interestingly had Lee’s uncle chosen to exploit the loopholes when he left Africa several years ago he could have met up with his wife in almost any EU country and due to her British passport he would have been able to legally join her, to then obtain the right to residency in the EU with an EU ID card and NI & tax number – all of which would then have been legally transferable to Britain and trhey would long ago have had permanent residence in Britain.

But Lee’s aunt wished to deal honourably with the British authorities as she was British rather than use a perfectly legal EU back door method – it seems they are now to be punished for acting honestly and the British Government would seem able to exploit their integrity and destroy their lioves whilst still turning a blind eye to the many crimi9nals who have entered the country illegally! How can this be consideredf honourable or justice relative to Britain’s obligations to those who seek sanctury?

Yet we see waves of Somalis, Ethiopians, Turks, Libyans, Syrians and the like flooding into Britain either with no link or the most tenuous of EU granted rights.

Immigrants should be welcome in our Country in controlled and responsibly managed numbers, such that they can be assimilated & integrated, without disruption. On what grounds can it be morally right to deport my wife’s uncle to almost certain death in pennuary in a Country as hostile as South Africa, where the slaughter of farmers has become endemic & the new President has enacted Constitutional Law authorizing uncompensated dispossession of the property of White citizens?

A friend of ours who is British with a South African Wife, both gained residency having been admitted, with their South African born daughter, after a period in Spain.  Both he and his wife work. Our friend’s wife has a South African born son who our friend adopted, as a baby. Their son is now 16 & at the moment faces deportation when he is 18 as Britain has recently announced it no longer recognises South African adoptions, however long standing they may be!

Our friends have been trying to regularise this situation since their son was 10, he has little memory of his childhood in South Africa & has no viable family connections in South Africa! Just how is this British raised child with a British sister & British resident parents expected to survive at 18 in a country as hostile as South Africa, with a British education – to force him out is an almost certain death sentence!

Interestingly our MP Mark Harper (Tory) who is the Constituency MP representing my wife & I and my wife’s Aunt & Uncle claims he can not make representation or interfere on our behalf – What may I ask is the point of paying MPs if they claim they can not act on one’s behalf at times of need?

Clearly MPs are nothing more than parasites working on their own behalf to fund their own re-election to their well paid job, achieving nothing as all consequential statute law is decided by the EU & rubber stamped through OUR Parliament mostly by Order in Council or Statutory Instrument! Thus MPs are effectively a super annuated social worker with the job of duping the electorate into a belief they have a meaningfull & responsible job when they are in actual fact merely voting sheep maintaining a pretence of democracy!.

PS – UPDATE 12-Apr-2018

Firstly many thanks to all who contacted us in support of my wife’s uncle.

Today my wife’s uncle’s case appealing against the bizarre decision of the Home Office, Immigration Service to deport him, contra their own rules, came to court.

We are relieved to inform you that the Judge upheld our appeal and dismissed the Home Office Case. That the Home Office had made efforts to deport regardless of their own rules or at best in perverse interpretation of their own rules was an unediffying & shamefull situation and should they make any further effort to deport my wife’s uncle it could only be considered to be vexatious and vindictive.

I regret the behaviour of the Home Office gives one little trust in their actions when one considers their current obscene treatment of the descendents of the ‘Windrush’ immigrants we as a country actively sought for a period after WWII, individuals the Home Office are seeking to deport now as after a lifetime working and paying taxes in Britain they are being brutally mistreated by our Government in our name!
